1

Compounding and mixing

We formulate and mix rubber compounds under controlled conditions to evaluate the influence of raw materials, fillers, and processing aids on final compound performance.

2

Particle size analysis

We determine particle size distribution of fillers and rubber powders using standardized sieve analysis methods to assess size classification and its relevance for processing behavior.

3

Tensile & tear strength,  modulus, elongation

Mechanical properties are determined by subjecting rubber specimens to controlled tension until failure, according to relevant ISO and ASTM standards, providing reliable data on strength, elasticity, and tear properties.

4

Hardness

Shore A hardness testing determines the resistance of a rubber surface to indentation using standardized Shore scales, providing a primary indicator of material stiffness, consistency, and vulcanization state.

5

Abrasion resistance

Abrasion resistance testing quantifies material loss due to friction under standardized conditions, providing insight into wear behavior and durability for rubber materials used in high-friction applications.

6

Compression set

Compression set testing evaluates the ability of rubber to recover its original thickness after prolonged exposure to constant compressive stress at defined temperatures and times, providing critical insight into elastic recovery and sealing performance.

7

Accelerated aging

Thermal ageing tests assess material degradation and long-term stability by measuring changes in mechanical properties after exposure to elevated temperatures, providing insight into the rubber’s resistance to oxidative and thermal ageing.

8

Electrical properties

We measure volume resistivity and surface resistivity to characterize the insulating or conductive behavior of rubber materials, defining their suitability for electrical and antistatic applications.

9

Ash content determination

Ash content analysis quantifies the inorganic residue remaining after complete combustion of organic components, supporting material identification, verification of filler loading, and assessment of material purity and contamination.
